The management structure includes project managers, training coordinators, and administrative leads who ensure that all programs are aligned with national standards and implemented effectively. Our operations are further supported by a team of qualified facilitators and registered assessors, who are essential to the delivery of our accredited and non-accredited training programs.

Facilitators are industry professionals with practical and instructional experience who deliver training in various fields, including agriculture, digital skills, business management, and entrepreneurship. They are responsible for engaging learners, delivering content, and ensuring that training outcomes are achieved.

Assessors, registered with relevant SETAs, play a critical role in evaluating learner performance against unit standards. They ensure that all training assessments are conducted fairly, accurately, and in compliance with accreditation requirements.
